SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi,the capital’s most vibrant dining destination, unveils its Alegria Weekend Lunch, launching on 3rd October. Running every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, the experience invites guests to immerse themselves in the restaurant’s signature blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisines, brought to life with the energy and spirit that define SUSHISAMBA.
Set across two striking floors at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, Alegria Weekend Lunch expands from its original Saturday edition into a three-day celebration of flavour, rhythm, and togetherness.The à la carte menu features house favourites such as Crispy Yellowtail Taquitoswith white miso and coriander, Peruvian Corn Salad with grilled corn and sweet onions, and the SAMBA Seviche Platter with a selection of signature seviches. Robata dishes include Chilean Seabass Anticuchos, miso-marinated Black Cod, and the indulgent Wagyu Dhabi Roll with Japanese A5 Wagyu and truffle aioli. To end, the Japanese Doughnut Andagi offers a sweet note, paired perfectly with cocktails like the Samba Negroni or the SAMBA Caipirinha.
With sweeping Corniche views, a menu designed for sharing, and an atmosphere filled with energy, Alegria Weekend Lunch turns every weekend into a feast of food, music, and celebration.
In addition, starting October 2025, the Rio Brunch expands into a bi-monthly affair, a response to the city’s appetite for SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi’s signature blend of glamour, rhythm, and culinary artistry– now celebrated on the first and last Saturday of each month.
