Michelin-starred Hakkasan Abu Dhabi, located within Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, presents a Six Hands Dinner on 28 October 2025, priced at AED 888 per person.
This one-night-only collaboration will bring together Chef Lee Kok Hua, Executive Chef of Hakkasan Abu Dhabi; Chef Andy Toh, Executive Chef of Hakkasan Dubai; and Chef Chong Kah Hong, Executive Chef of Hakkasan Doha, for an evening that celebrates the artistry of modern Cantonese cuisine.
The nine-course menu, created exclusively for this occasion, showcases dishes inspired by ingredients and flavours found across the Gulf. Guests may also choose an optional beverage pairing priced at AED 388 per person, featuring curated cocktails, premium wines, and tea pairings to complement each course. Alternatively, guests may order from Hakkasan’s existing beverage menu.

– Yunnan Morel Mushroom encased with Abalone and Wagyu Cheung Fun with Aged Black Vinegar and Caviar
– Grilled Lobster with snake fruit, persimmon, and lobster broth
– Hokkaido Scallop Fried Rice with conpoy crisp and abalone sauce
Chef Chong Kah Hong, Executive Chef, Hakkasan Doha
– Smoked Corvina with kumquat and orange soy
– Stuffed Zucchini Blossom with water chestnut and angelica soya sauce
– Victoria Pineapple with framboise and Tahitian vanilla mousse
