The series kicks off with Curries & Kababs Night on November 13th, a vibrant tribute to the rich and aromatic flavors of India. Expect a lavish buffet with fragrant curries, tandoor-grilled meats, and an array of spiced salads and chutneys. Signature dishes like Butter Chicken, Rogan Josh, and Hyderabadi Biryani lead the pack, complemented by live chaat and tandoor stations that bring the experience to life.
On November 14th, attention shifts to Seafood Night, presenting the day’s freshest catch in an ocean-to-table experience. The evening’s spread will feature Dibba Bay oysters, ceviche, sushi, sashimi, and a premium selection of seafood cooked to perfection. Highlights include Seafood Thermidor, Truffle Scallops, and Grilled Spanish Octopus. The dishes are offered with an array of sauces and sides that pay homage to coastal flavors from around the world.
The journey culminates in a night of great food on November 15th, showcasing the soul of UAE’s cuisine. Traditional Emirati delicacies such as Lamb Ghuzi, MachboosDiyay, and Fish Jasheed are complemented with traditionally prepared Khameer bread and an assortment of traditional sweet treats, including Luqaimat and Saffron Milk Cake. The evening is enriched by live Oud music, henna art, and complimented with Emirati gahwa and karak tea, thus creating a warm cultural experience.
