Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori, the celebrated Japanese dining concept by Chef Akmal Anuar, is bringing its bold, contemporary flavours to MOTN Abu Dhabi, the capital’s most anticipated winter festival. Known for turning the Abu Dhabi Corniche into a vibrant hub of music, art, games, and global bites, MOTN welcomes Goldfish this year with a playful, elevated menu created for the occasion.
The exclusive menu showcases a dynamic range of flavours, starting with the signature Volcano Maki Roll, featuring roasted nori, seasoned sushi rice, crab stick, cucumber, and furikake. Guests can also enjoy the Dragon Maki Roll, layered with shiso leaf shrimp, spicy furikake, cucumber, and gochujang mayo for a fiery finish.
Savoury highlights include Chicken Adobo, marinated and finished with soyu tare and confit scallion, alongside two indulgent sliders: the Wagyu Slider with QP mayo and the Japanese Sriracha Chicken Slider, a crisp fried chicken option with a punch of heat.
Refreshing drinks, including a trio of Matcha flavours from mango, strawberry and classic, adding a light, refreshing finish to the experience.
While the MOTN stall brings Goldfish to the city in a new way, guests can also explore the brand’s signature dining experience at its Marina Mall location. The restaurant currently offers a business lunch, available Monday to Thursday from 1PM to 5PM at AED79 or AED108 per person. In addition, diners can enjoy a complimentary matcha with every dessert ordered from 4PM to 7PM daily.
