For this special occasion, Executive Chef Obed Villegas has expertly crafted a curated set menu that showcases the signature Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavours. Priced at AED 350 per person, the multi-course experience is designed to be shared and savoured, offering a perfect balance of indulgence, heat, and elegance.
The menu offers a variety of first course options, including the Hamachi Truffle topped with caviar and seasonal black truffle, the indulgent Japanese A5 Wagyu Gyoza with kabocha puree, and a vibrant Seabream Seviche finished with panca oil.The experience continues with a second course featuring the Chef Moriawase, a signature selection of sushi, maki, and sashimi.
For the main course, guests can select the delicate Black Cod with white miso, the opulent Australian Angus Tenderloin paired with foie gras and spicy soy, or the Seafood Cazuela Rice featuring shrimp, squid, and octopus in a rich aji amarillo sauce. To end the evening on a sweet note, the Samba Petit Fours and a dedicated Valentine’s Dessertfeaturing milk chocolate cremeux, red velvet soil, and rose sorbetoffer a finale specifically created to capture the magic of the date.
