Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori Abu Dhabi Presents A Contemporary Japanese Take On Ramadan Dining

Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori, the award-winning Japanese restaurant led by Chef Akmal Anuar, welcomes Ramadan with a curated three-course special menu, designed to bring together comforting flavours and refined Japanese technique in a format ideal for Iftar gatherings at its Marina Mall venue.

Priced at AED 110 per person, the menu begins with a choice of salad or sushi, from the refreshing Mizuna Fattoush dressed with red vinegar to signature rolls such as Volcano Maki with crab, salmon and teriyaki sauce or Dragon Maki with tempura shrimp and gochujang mayo. Next, guests can select a hot starter, including Grilled Calamari with sweet pineapple sauce, Chicken Truffle Gyoza filled with confit chicken and shiitake, or Lamb Satay served with peanut sauce and lime.

For mains, guests can choose from flame-kissed Salmon Yakimono, Grilled Caribbean Chicken, Chicken Tsukune with Japanese curry sauce, or comforting Rice Noodles with shrimp or chicken in tamarind sauce. The meal concludes on a traditional note with Luqaimat drizzled in forest honey, dark chocolate sauce, and sesame seeds.

Alongside the three-course Ramadan menu, Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori also presents four special dishes, available exclusively during the Holy Month. Along with the Mizuna Fattoush Salad (AED 33), guests can enjoy Chicken Haleem (AED 38) featuring tender chicken wings over a hearty savoury oat base, Luqaimat-cha (AED 28), crispy luqaimat stuffed with matcha and finished with black honey, and a comforting Karak Matcha Latte (AED 31), blending creamy matcha with warm karak and aromatic cardamom.
