Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori, the award-winning Japanese dining destination led by Chef Akmal Anuar, introduces a series of new dishes available exclusively at its Abu Dhabi venue in Marina Mall. Expanding on the restaurant’s signature balance of bold flavour and meticulous technique, the additions celebrate creativity, precision, and exceptional value – hallmarks that recently earned Goldfish its Bib Gourmand distinction in the MICHELIN Guide.

Each plate offers a refined yet approachable take on contemporary Japanese cuisine. Highlights include Grilled Calamari with sweet pineapple sauce and sesame, Chicken Truffle Gyoza filled with confit chicken, shiitake, and truffle, and the flame-kissed Salmon Yakimono with Aji Panca and red curry paste.

New favourites join the line-up too, including Grilled Caribbean Chicken with a house-made sauce, Chicken Tsukune served with baby bok choy and jalapeño pickles, and Rice Noodles tossed with tamarind, shrimp, red Holland chilli, and roasted peanuts. Lighter options include the refreshing Crab Salad layered with lemongrass chilli sauce and orange tobiko, while new Hand Rolls with tuna, salmon, or negitoro, offer a nod to Tokyo street-side simplicity.
