Executive Chef Obed Villegas has designed a dedicated Iftar menu that honours the spirit of togetherness by showcasing SUSHISAMBA’s iconic Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian influences. Priced at AED 290 per person, the experience offers a multi-course journey through bold, world-class flavours, set against the backdrop of breathtaking waterfront views.
The evening begins with a comforting Miso Soup featuring tofu and nameko gold mushrooms, served to the table. For starters, guests can choose any two dishes from an extensive selection, including the Sea Bream Seviche with green chilli and panca oil, Angus Beef Tenderloin Anticucho with aji panca,Beef Gyoza with kabocha purée, and the signature Asevichado Samba Roll.
