In honour of Peru National Day, SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi is introducing a specially curated Sambakase menu, available only for dinner from July 28th to August 3rd. Situated on Podium 1 of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, just steps from the Corniche, SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi invites guests on a culinary journey through Peru’s rich flavours, with dishes and cocktails inspired by its culinary heritage.
The menu offers a selection of the restaurant’s most expressive and creative Peruvian dishes, paired with cocktails that celebrate the country’s culinary traditions. Among the highlights is the exquisite Moriawase Seafood Seviche, a luxurious composition of scampi, scallops, octopus, and scallops leche de tigre, offering layers of freshness and complexity in every bite. The Samba Seviche, a selection of SUSHISAMBA’s signature sevichescaptures the vivid colours and bold flavours of Peru. Meanwhile, the Yellowtail Tiradito, delicately dressed in truffle soy, caviar, and seasonal black truffle,elevates a classic dish into a truly refined experience.
To complement the dining experience, guests can also enjoy cocktails inspired by Peru’s vibrant palate. The Inca Tomate, combines Pisco, Raicilla Sierra mezcal, cherry tomato, bell pepper, lemon, and sugar for a tangy and savoury sip. Another option is the Violet Andes, with Pisco, Tio Pepe, violet liqueur, lemon, honey, and orange, offering a crisp and refreshing taste. For a perfect balance of spicy and floral scents, the Araucano, blends Sparkling White Wine, grapes, jalapeno, guava, lemon, and honey.
