This June, SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi invites guests to celebrate sushi like never before with SUSHI WEEK, a brand-new global tradition in honour of International Sushi Day,June 18th. From Monday, June 16th, to Thursday, June 19th, guests will be able to savour a limited-time SAMBA Roll menu, showcasing SUSHISAMBA’s most iconic creations in one unforgettable menu.

SUSHISAMBA is born from the vibrant energy and spirit of three distinct cultures: Japan, Brazil, and Peru. Blending imagination and history, the SUSHISAMBA experience is truly unique, beating at its heart a deep appreciation for enjoying life and celebrating with friends. Originating in New York in 1999, the SUSHISAMBA brand has evolved into a global phenomenon, celebrated for its creative yet excellent cuisine, infused with a devotion to art, design, and music. With locations across three continents, it is only fitting that SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi takes guests on a culinary journey across its global locations to mark International Sushi Day.

During SUSHI WEEK, guests can indulge in signature Samba Rolls—many of which are typically exclusive to their home cities. This limited time offer features a curated sushi selection that reflects SUSHISAMBA’s signature spirit, showcasing the highest quality ingredients, refined techniques, and bold, inventive flavours made to share.

Guests are invited to embark on a global culinary journey in SAMBA style, featuring rolls inspired by our celebrated locations across the globe, including Las Vegas, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh, Singapore, and the upcoming Milan:

• From Europe: Discover the SAMBA MILANO ROLL with salmon, crispy nori, teriyaki, ikura, and cream cheese (AED 92).
• From the USA: Savor the SAMBA VEGAS ROLL, a vibrant creation of crispy rice, toro, yuzu tobiko, smoked chipotle mayo, and balsamic (AED 105).
• From the Middle East: Indulge in the luxurious WAGYU DHABI ROLL made with Japanese A5 wagyu, king oyster mushroom, kampyo, and truffle aioli (AED 149). Enjoy the beloved SAMBA DUBAI ROLL, featuring Maine lobster, mango, avocado, soy paper, and aji honey truffle (AED 168). And from Doha, the SAMBA DOHA ROLL with Maine lobster, sesame aioli, crispy leek, and crispy rice (AED 178).
• From Asia: Experience the exciting CHILI CRAB ROLL inspired by Singapore, with soft-shell crab tempura, sweet chili sauce, and yuzu mayo (AED 105).
