To mark International Sushi Day, SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi presents Sushi Week, a limited-edition experience that celebrates the brand’s global journey through a curated collection of signature rolls inspired by its celebrated destinations across the Middle East, Europe, Asia and USA.
Available exclusively from 15 to 27 June, the special menu brings together a lineup of destination inspired creations that showcase the distinctive character and culinary influences of SUSHISAMBA locations around the world. From indulgent wagyu and lobster rolls to vibrant regional interpretations, each creation offers a unique expression of place while remaining rooted in the craftsmanship and creativity that define the SUSHISAMBA experience.
At the heart of the experience is a collection of signature rolls that have become synonymous with their respective destinations. From Abu Dhabi comes the indulgent Wagyu Dhabi Roll, featuring Japanese A5 wagyu, king oyster mushroom, kampyo and truffle aioli. Representing Abu Dhabi is the indulgent Wagyu Dhabi Roll, featuring Japanese A5 wagyu, king oyster mushroom, kampyo and truffle aioli, reflecting the capital’s refined and globally inspired dining scene.
The journey continues to Europe with the Samba Milano Roll, where aburi Hokkaido scallop and botan ebi meet creamy kimchi mayo in a refined expression of flavour and texture. From Singapore arrives the Chilli Crab Roll, inspired by one of the city state’s most iconic dishes, bringing together soft shell crab tempura, Singapore chilli sauce and yuzu mayo in a bold celebration of flavour.
Guests can further elevate the experience with a selection of SUSHISAMBA’s most celebrated sushi offerings, including the Samba Seven Nigiri, Samba Ultimate Sashimi and the Samba Ultimate Sashimi, Maki and Nigiri platter, each showcasing the precision, artistry and exceptional ingredients synonymous with the brand.
