Hakkasan Abu Dhabi welcomes guests to celebrate the Festive season and New Year’s Eve with the launch of specially curated menus and the perfect setting to ring in 2020. Known for its exquisite Cantonese cuisine, unrivalled hospitality and stunning views, Hakkasan Abu Dhabi promises a luxurious and memorable experience this holiday season.

For the festive season, Hakkasan Abu Dhabi will be offering an exclusive Pine Menu, designed for the most wonderful time of the year, from 7pm to 11:30pm, 1^st December until 30^th December 2019 at AED 398 per person with one signature beverage included. Withstanding the cold, the Pine tree in Chinese culture is known as sōngshù and symbolizes longevity, virtue, and solitude. Together with plum and bamboo trees, it is considered one of the “three friends of winter,” a perfectly unique and new concept to excite guests.

For New Year’s Eve, the extravagant menu featuring highlights such as steamed dim sum platter, steamed Chilean seabass, charcoal grilled Canadian lobster, abalone fried rice and more, will be available from 7pm to 11:30pm on 31^st December 2019, starting at AED 688 to AED 788 per person depending on beverage preference.

Guests can expect breathtaking views alongside delicious food as the exclusive specialty menus embody Hakkasan’s signature experience and Cantonese flavours with a festive twist for the holiday season.

Dim Sum Trio xiao long bao includes truffle Wagyu beef, mala seafood and angelica root with chicken
Soft shell crab salad with kumquat dressing
XO scallop and apple puff
Wok sear king tiger prawn with truffle edamame sauce
Roasted chicken with sesame and garlic
Sautéed Wagyu rib-eye beef with mushroom, habanero pepper and olives
Stir-fry garlic scapes with dried radish and peanut
Yong Chow prawn and beef fried rice
Cocoa delice which is a peanut mousse, caramel tuille and dark chocolate sorbet
Ruby Tang includes Hendrick’s gin, Baijiu, lychee, pomegranate and rose water
