Zuma, the global luxury restaurant and lifestyle group, celebrates a decade of culinary excellence in the UAE capital with an exclusive new menu. Guests are invited to join in the festivities at Zuma Abu Dhabi until June 15th.

As one of the pioneer dining destinations on Al Maryah Island in 2014, Zuma Abu Dhabi introduced modern Japanese cuisine to the capital. With its innovative culinary creations, sophisticated atmosphere, and unparalleled hospitality, the restaurant has consistently held a prominent position in Abu Dhabi’s culinary landscape.

Co-Founder Rainer Becker expressed gratitude for the overwhelming response from the public since Zuma Abu Dhabi’s inception. “We are thrilled to mark this milestone, thanks to the unwavering dedication of the Zuma Abu Dhabi team, in a city that is continually evolving and standing out in the global culinary arena,” said Becker.

Over the past decade, Zuma Abu Dhabi has witnessed several memorable moments that have contributed to the success of the global brand, including the creation of Zuma’s iconic salmon abu mentaiko dish. Originally introduced to cater to local tastes, this flame-grilled nigiri has become a favorite on Zuma menus worldwide. The restaurant has also played host to numerous distinguished personalities, from HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed to Diego Maradona arriving with the Jamaican football federation.

The 10-year anniversary menu at Zuma Abu Dhabi features delights such as black angus ribeye with a sansho pepper sauce, octopus tempura, and grilled scallops with Japanese herbs sauce and fresh black truffle. For dessert, guests can indulge in spiced pineapples with coconut yogurt and yuzu granita, as well as a deluxe dessert platter.

Established by Rainer Becker in London in 2002, Zuma has garnered international acclaim for its exceptional cuisine and dining experiences. With upcoming new locations in Cannes (May 2024), Riyadh (Q4 2024), and La Mer in Dubai (2025), Zuma continues to expand its global presence and deliver culinary excellence to a diverse clientele.
