Hawksbill Restaurant at Saadiyat Beach Golf Club is preparing for an exciting new chapter, with its kitchen set to undergo a planned refurbishment from 10 to 24 August. Throughout this period, guests can continue to enjoy the restaurant’s relaxed atmosphere, cool interiors overlooking the championship golf course, and signature hospitality, while a specially introduced seasonal food truck serves a limited menu of freshly prepared favourites.
Whether stopping by for breakfast, a leisurely lunch or an early evening drink, Hawksbill remains very much open for business. The seasonal menu has been created to make the most of the kitchen refurbishment, offering everything from Smashed Avocado on Toast and Homemade Granola to Prawn Tacos, the Hawksbill Wagyu Burger, Fish & Chips and indulgent No-Bake Cheesecake, all served in the familiar surroundings that have made the venue a favourite on Saadiyat Island.
One of the restaurant’s most popular weekly offers, Saadiyat Social Hour, will also continue as usual. Available Monday to Thursday, selected house beverages are priced at AED 23 each, making it the perfect excuse to catch up with friends after work or settle in for a relaxed evening overlooking the greens.
