La Carnita, gears up to launch La Carnita 2.0 in Abu Dhabi, this 2021. The second location is set to dominate the Abu Dhabi food-scene with its new, high-end menu and design.
La Carnita Yas Bay will fill the much-needed gap in the Abu Dhabi market as the capitol has been starving for a place with music, food and a little something something. With design at the heart of the brand DNA, La Carnita will be a place that will always have a vibe, a good soundtrack and good food. With a carefully curated food and drinks menu, the new venue will serve up a more premium and luxe offering to its industrial beginnings, without losing its overall energetic atmosphere.
Designed by Canadian designer Ian Rydberg, Founder & Principal Designer, Solid Design Creative, the new location has been completely refined with an elevated look and feel. The custom-made lighting fixtures and furnishings stretch throughout the restaurant with beautiful terracotta living walls, private dining room engulfed in artwork and an outdoor terrace, overlooking the Yas Bay Waterfront. Housing the first Agave Forward Bar with the largest selection of Mexican heritage spirits, La Carnita will be that perfect mid-way point between a dinner and a night out.
Like its interiors, the menu will be refined and upscale, expect to see some La Carnita favourites with a twist. Head Chef Ricardo Tellez will be adding a completely new raw bar section and more seafood options, paying tribute to its waterfront surroundings.
