What: This Negroni Week, L’ETO Restaurant at The Galleria Al Maryah Island is giving the classic cocktail a menu of its own. Available from 21st to 30th September, the limited-time selection features three interpretations of the Negroni, including one made with L’ETO’s signature coffee blend. Guests can begin with the Classic Negroni, combining Campari, gin and vermouth for a bittersweet and bold serve. The Memories Negroni brings together Campari, L’ETO’s signature coffee blend, grapefruit skin gin and Mancino vermouth, creating an aromatic cocktail layered with bergamot and roasted coffee flavours, followed by a delicate cacao finish. Completing the menu is the Scarlet Negroni, made with Campari, coco pandan gin and Dolin Rouge. Silky smooth with a tropical, fruity touch, the cocktail offers a long-lasting finish.
